Introducing our next Employee Spotlight, Mike Crowe!
Mike has been with MWI Real Estate for eight years and currently serves as the Director of Indianapolis Maintenance Services. Leading a maintenance team in Indianapolis is not an easy thing to do, but Mike Crowe does this every day for MWI Real Estate and does it with a smile on his face and a calm demeanor that can handle all the different challenges that get thrown at him. “Big Mike” as he is affectionately known, is a wonderful family man and Director of Maintenance. We are lucky to have him on the MWI Real estate team!
How long have you been with MWI Real Estate?
He has been a part of MWI Real Estate with expertise in heating and cooling for over eight years.
Tell us about your family, spouse, partner, or close friends.
Mike and his wife have been married for 18 years. He has 10 children and 5 grandchildren.
Tell us about your background (hometown, school, etc.)
Mike was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, and attended Scecina High School and Ivy Tech Community College. He also completed 8 years in the United States Army Reserve.
How do you prefer to spend your free time?
Mike refers to spend time in nature with activities such as fishing and enjoys frequently traveling.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
Mike’s favorite vacation destinations are Mountain regions and coastal states.
What is the best, or one of the best, pieces of advice you’ve been given?
