MWI employs a team of experienced and skilled maintenance workers ready to service your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our maintenance team analyzes each property we manage and establishes a preventative maintenance plan specific to the unique nature of each property and its structural and system needs. When the need arises for the services of an outside vendor to perform work, MWI clients benefit from being able to tap into our vast network of licensed, bonded, and fully insured contractors who we have vetted for quality of work, compliance with all code requirements, and competitive and fair pricing.

 

MWI is also a licensed general contractor. The MWI Construction division can assist with your renovation jobs whether it is planning for a full property renovation and repositioning or finishing out an office suite, we can help you identify your scope of work, develop a project budget, identify contractors, evaluate pricing, and oversee or perform the work ourselves. In addition to these tasks, MWI Construction is also a valuable partner for you when negotiating insurance claims or preparing for all government, insurance, and lender related inspections.
