  • Responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner

  • Responsible for trash outs / getting vacant units ready to lease

  • Responsible for picking up and maintaining the property grounds

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Maintenance Capabilities
    1. HVAC (Type II minimum)
    2. Electrical
    3. Plumbing
    4. Appliance Repair
    5. Carpentry
  2. Physical Demands
    1. Use of ladder to reach roof or structure
    2. Move equipment up or down stairs
    3. Carry the emergency phone during nights and weekends and respond accordingly, including snow removal
  3. Administration
    1. Communicate problems and make recommendations to Property Manager or Director of Maintenance
    2. Complete all duties in a professional and timely manner


  • Report to Property Manager and Director of Maintenance

  • Maintain relationships with all residents, ensuring consistent application of property policies

  • Maintain relationships with other departments within the company, including leasing

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property
